The ordering process has been streamlined
to be as simple as possible. If you are a member of
the BFPA / BFPDA it is worth logging in before you start
looking through the publications as the member prices
will automatically be taken into account for your order.
This isn't strictly essential because you may login
at any time.
Browse and buy
Simply browse through the publications
section using the tab navigation and where applicable
enter a quantity and add items to your basket. You can
review your order at any time by clicking the "view
basket" at the top right of the page while you
are here in the publications section.
Complete your order
To complete your order simply enter the
basket page as described above and select one of the
3 payment/checkout methods shown:
- Pay by Credit/Debit Card
- Pay by checque/invoice on account
- Request a quote
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
Selecting this option will direct you
to our secure checkout area for collection of your payment/delivery
details. At this time the payment card details are only
checked for accuracy. The payment will be transacted
manually by a member of staff and you will be informed
by email regarding the order process. An order confirmation
will be sent to you by email with an order number and
details of your ordered items.
Payment by Cheque/Invoice
When selecting this option you will be
directed to an order entry page where you must verify
your account details.
Request a Quote
Choose this option if you believe your
order should qualify for a volume discount and a member
of staff will review the order in principle and provide
a quotation.
